Projects

I work on a per project basis and happy to discuss each individual clients needs before engaging upon a project, often a short consultation either face-to-face or via email to outline what the client has in mind and what I can provide.

 

COSTING

As each client and project differs I am happy to discuss the cost of a project and will offer a quote in one of four ways

Per Day,Per Week ,Per Month, Per Project.

While I do have "standard" rates I am also happy to negotiate with each client.

 

Disclosure agreements

As common practice, I am happy to sign and N.D.A.(Non Disclosure Agreement) to protect the clients assets and to prevent unwanted interest from third parties until the client released the material in the public domain.

 

Asset ownership

Throughout the duration of the project and beyond, the assets created (3d models, images, videos, documents) remain the property of the client. While I do keep digital copies on hard disk I am happy to provide the client with a dvd(s) containing all assets created during the course of a project.

 

Portfolio exposure

While I would like to display all the work I have created for clients in my portfolio I am aware some work of a sensitive nature can not be displayed, during the undertaking of a project I will discuss if and what I can display abiding by the rules of an NDA at all times.

 

PAYMENT

Depending upon the client and project I reserve the right to ask for a maximum of 25% of the total fee up front to cover any work I undertake and to ensure the client is serious about completing the project.

Final and full payment MUST be made within 30 DAYS of the project completion (usually the date set on the invoice).

Failure to make the full payment after 40 DAYS will result in adding 50% extra to amount outstanding and a new invoice issued.

Failure to make full payment after 60 DAYS will result adding an extra 100% of the project to the outstanding payment and legal proceedings will be initiated.
